This website is an institutional page for Yonaware Solution Ltda (CNPJ 71.541.692/0001-23). It does not use advertising cookies, analytics tags, or third-party trackers.

The language preference you choose is stored only in your browser (localStorage), so the site can open in English (United States) or Portuguese (Brazil) on the next visit.

The contact form does not post data to this server. Send on WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with the message already written. Send by email opens your own email client, addressed to [email protected].

The support desk at /support/ is different. An access request stores your name, email, and a password hash on this server until the account is approved or rejected. Approval and password-reset messages are sent to [email protected]. James Kanban, when that channel is open, shows one read-only copy of the Obsidian board sent from Nyx. That copy is stored on this server and is not a separate board for each account. James MCPs and James Labs, when open, store a support note and send it to the same address.

Signing in to open or close those channels stores the time of the attempt and the network address on this server.

If you write to us, we use the information you send only to reply and to carry out the requested work, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD).
